What happens if I exceed my collaborator limit on Free?
We'll notify you and give you 7 days to upgrade to Pro. Your documents remain accessible in read-only mode until you upgrade or remove collaborators.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes! Contact us for annual billing with 2 months free (equivalent to ~17% discount). Enterprise plans can also be invoiced quarterly or annually.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice (ACH or wire transfer).
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We're SOC 2 Type II compliant. Enterprise plans include dedicated infrastructure and custom security configurations.
Can I try Pro before committing?
